Columbia Artists Management. The New Zealand Kiwifruit Commision. TCI Cablevision. Cosmopolitan Magazine. These are all clients for whom I've written everything from a city profile of Seattle to an explanation of why a box of Kiwifruit landed on the desk of a famous food writer as a giant juice box. (Think customs, docks in tropical ports of call, blazing sun and someone wanting to get away for the weekend just a little too quickly...)
The largest share of my experience has been to freelance for various PR agencies writing news releases and other PR related pieces. I have a specialty in food commodities and have written for the California Table Grape Commission, Washington Potato Commssion, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and many other food related clients.
I've also spent a number of years in technology and have written for Microsoft partners such as New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
